PrepCareers is provided as a completely free service with no subscription fees, hidden costs, or premium tiers. We plan to keep all core features free forever. If usage grows significantly, we may ask for a small voluntary contribution, but core features will always remain free.

3. Privacy and Data

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not store your resume content or personal information beyond what is required for app functionality. We DO NOT SELL your data to third parties under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

PrepCareers acknowledges that all resumes, cover letters, and content provided by you remain your exclusive intellectual property. Any feedback or suggestions generated by our AI services do not transfer ownership of your content to us. However, any software, algorithms, or intellectual property developed by PrepCareers remains our exclusive property.

5. Content Policy

You may not use PrepCareers to upload or create content that is:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or contains false information
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content

While we aim for high accuracy, AI-generated suggestions may contain inaccuracies or may not be suitable for all situations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and implementing any AI-generated recommendations.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use our services for illegal activities or to violate any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our platform

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limitations
